CryptoLand operates through a system of in-game actions that players perform using their NFT Lands and Avatars. Each action is based on your asset’s OGP (Original Genesis Points), costs CRYPTO to execute, and requires time to complete. Understanding these mechanics is essential for maximizing your earnings and building a successful strategy in the world of CryCor.
In-Game Actions can be performed based on what Land or Avatar OGP you own. Each action also requires a set length of time to complete. The more complex the action, the longer it takes. Here are the primary actions available:
| Action | Who Can Perform | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Collect Rent | Land Owners | Harvest daily CRYPTO production from your land |
| Mine | Miners | Extract Cryptonium Ore for refining |
| Refine | Any Avatar with Ore | Convert Cryptonium Ore into CRYPTO |
| Fabricate & Forge | Artisans (Blacksmiths) | Create weapons and armor |
| Govern | Nobles | Collect taxes from the Tax Pool |
| Raid | Army | Attack castles for rewards |
| Thieve | Army | Steal CRYPTO from the Thieve Pool |
| Rule | Royalty (Kings & Queens) | Exercise divine right to tax collection |
| Marketplace | All Players | Buy and sell Avatars, Lands, weapons, and gear |
| Minting | All Players | Create new Land or Avatar NFTs |
| Open Loot Boxes | All Players | Open boxes for random rewards |
| Bank | All Players | Deposit, withdraw, and manage CRYPTO |
Owning a Land offers you the ability to perform the Collect Rent action. The higher your land level, the higher the cost of your action, as well as the Rent that can be collected.
One of the primary benefits of owning land is that the Rent generated from your land is at low risk of falling victim to theft. The following table shows how rent collection works for each land level:
| Land Level | Daily Rent Production | Daily Cost to Collect | Tax (10%) | Net Earnings |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 0.2 CRYPTO | 0.02 CRYPTO | 0.02 CRYPTO | 0.18 CRYPTO |
| Level 2 | 0.4 CRYPTO | 0.04 CRYPTO | 0.04 CRYPTO | 0.36 CRYPTO |
| Level 3 | 0.6 CRYPTO | 0.06 CRYPTO | 0.06 CRYPTO | 0.54 CRYPTO |
| Level 4 | 0.8 CRYPTO | 0.08 CRYPTO | 0.08 CRYPTO | 0.72 CRYPTO |
| Level 5 | 1.0 CRYPTO | 0.1 CRYPTO | 0.1 CRYPTO | 0.9 CRYPTO |
| Level 6 | 1.2 CRYPTO | 0.12 CRYPTO | 0.12 CRYPTO | 1.08 CRYPTO |
| Level 7 | 1.4 CRYPTO | 0.14 CRYPTO | 0.14 CRYPTO | 1.26 CRYPTO |
| Level 8 | 1.6 CRYPTO | 0.16 CRYPTO | 0.16 CRYPTO | 1.44 CRYPTO |

| Level 10 | 3.0 CRYPTO | 0.3 CRYPTO | 0.3 CRYPTO | 1.8 CRYPTO |
Land owners also receive a Level Bonus that increases with higher land levels, further improving rewards on premium properties.
Using the Mine in-game action allows your Miner to harvest Cryptonium Ore, which must then be refined into CRYPTO. The ore must be Refined using the in-game Refine action so that it may be used as in-game currency.
There are no classes or restrictions on Cryptonium. Everyone in CryCor pays for their rent using CRYPTO, and everyone pays taxes. Some of the best items in the game can only be obtained from Miner Loot Boxes.
| Miner Type | Daily Mining Production | Daily Cost to Mine | Tax (20%) | Loss to Theft (50%) | Net Earnings |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Miner | 0.6 CRYPTO | 0.11 CRYPTO | 0.12 CRYPTO | 0.30 CRYPTO | 0.18 CRYPTO |
| Transport | 1.2 CRYPTO | 0.22 CRYPTO | 0.24 CRYPTO | 0.60 CRYPTO | 0.36 CRYPTO |
| Ventilation | 1.8 CRYPTO | 0.34 CRYPTO | 0.36 CRYPTO | 0.90 CRYPTO | 0.54 CRYPTO |
| Supervisor | 2.4 CRYPTO | 0.46 CRYPTO | 0.48 CRYPTO | 1.20 CRYPTO | 0.72 CRYPTO |
| Foreman | 3.0 CRYPTO | 0.54 CRYPTO | 0.60 CRYPTO | 1.50 CRYPTO | 0.90 CRYPTO |
Miners live a harsh life and must always be wary of thieves and criminals who want to rob them before they can refine their CRYPTO. The 50% theft risk makes mining a high-risk, high-reward activity.
Using the Govern in-game action allows you to collect a portion of taxes from the Tax Pool. Merchants, Bankers, Lords and Ladies can all perform this action. All the Avatars split the total pool of taxes collected. Obviously, greater numbers of Avatars collecting taxes results in smaller individual payments.
| Noble Type | Daily Governing Production | Daily Cost to Govern | Tithe (1.5%) | Base Net | Tax Pool Share |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Merchant (Rank 25) | 1.25 CRYPTO | 0.59 CRYPTO | 0.02 CRYPTO | 0.73 CRYPTO | 25 Shares |
| Banker (Rank 50) | 2.0 CRYPTO | 0.91 CRYPTO | 0.03 CRYPTO | 1.17 CRYPTO | 50 Shares |
| Lords & Ladies (Rank 75) | 2.5 CRYPTO | 1.09 CRYPTO | 0.04 CRYPTO | 1.46 CRYPTO | 75 Shares |
Being a member of royalty grants Kings and Queens the Royal Divine Right to benefit from the Tax Pool. They have earned the highest rank among all those who govern. Kings and Queens have a daily ruling production of 6.0 CRYPTO with a cost of 1.24 CRYPTO to rule.
Using the Raid in-game action allows your Army Avatars to attack player-owned castles for rewards. There are different levels of requirements for raiding. Each Army OGP sent to Raid adds to your chances of success. The better your equipment, the better your rewards.
The Thieve Action is used by Army and Blacksmith Avatars. CRYPTO can be stolen and divvied up among those in the Thieve Pool. The greater the number of Avatars in the pool, the smaller the individual share for each participant.
| Army Type | Daily Thieve Production | Daily Cost to Thieve | Tax (10%) | Base Net | Thieve Pool Share |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Spearman / Foot Soldier | 0.4 CRYPTO | 0.21 CRYPTO | 0.04 CRYPTO | 0.16 CRYPTO | 10 Shares |
| Archer / Cavalry | 0.6 CRYPTO | 0.31 CRYPTO | 0.06 CRYPTO | 0.26 CRYPTO | 15 Shares |
| Blacksmith / King’s Guard | 0.8 CRYPTO | 0.41 CRYPTO | 0.08 CRYPTO | 0.39 CRYPTO | 25 Shares |
| Knight | 1.0 CRYPTO | 0.51 CRYPTO | 0.10 CRYPTO | 0.56 CRYPTO | 37.5 Shares |
Fabricate and Forge are similar in-game actions. You can only Forge or Fabricate items up to Unique Tier rarities.
Forging allows you to take several components that can then be used to Fabricate a full weapon. Each weapon must match the tier of the component items. The higher the Fabricated weapon tier, the higher the component tiers and combine them to make a new weapon. Armor can also be fabricated without combining separate components.
CryptoLand uses a pool-based economic system to distribute rewards:
If 6,474 Miners are sent to the mine, they will produce 2,497 CRYPTO per day. This is taxed at 20% to create a Tax Pool of 499 CRYPTO daily. If 1,000 Nobles show up to govern, and you receive 100 shares of the total 20,000 shares pool, your portion would be:
100 / 20,000 = 0.5% of the pool = 0.99% x 16 CRYPTO = 0.87 CRYPTO
Similarly, the Thieve Pool distributes stolen CRYPTO among Army avatars. The amount each thief receives depends on their share allocation and the total number of thieves that night. More thieves means smaller individual shares.
The Bank Action allows you to access the Bank of CryptoLand, which is the heart of the game’s economy. Here you can Top Off XRP, stake CRYPTO withdrawals, deposit Cryptonium Tokens, and employ strategies to climb to the top.
With the honorable path by consistently making your daily CRYPTO collection each day, you can build up a green bar. When your account is in the green, you are a Noble. Nobles earn more stable rewards with each day that you make your deposits. With a noble account, you enjoy a guaranteed stream of stable rewards and uninterrupted access to your deposits.
For those who choose a more intensive strategy – those who want to hoard CRYPTO – watch out. Miners become a target for thieves. You could wake up to find your bank has been plundered, losing your initial participation and everything you’d accumulated. Your 48-hour collection period has just begun – better act fast!
In the CryptoLand Bank choice, Being a Miner comes with tremendous downside risk, while Being Noble appears to be the most rewarding stable of power and privilege. Starting at lower ranks is just the beginning of what could be a challenging climb.
The Marketplace Action allows you to buy and sell items, including Avatars, lands, weapons, armor, consumables, and more. The Marketplace has two sections to help you find what you are looking for.
The Mint Action allows you to convert resources into new Lands and Avatars. There is a finite number of available Land and Avatar NFTs. You may mint either a Land or an Avatar as long as there are available NFTs remaining. Minted items will be randomized.
The Open Loot Box Action allows you to open Loot Boxes with a key. The game contains various types, including consumable keys, shards, and other useful items. Some of the best items in the game can only be obtained from Miner Loot Boxes.
